Hi, I'm looking for a mouthpiece with a bigger rim than the Bach 5g but with a similar cup (not bigger) I want to prove some brands but I have some questions.
How deep are the Greg Black mouthpieces?
Is the GB 5g cup similar to a bach 5g or a DE G cup? Maybe is the 5gsd closer?
An what about the hammond 12ML? Is the cup bigger than a G cup or similar? What other mouthpiece do you recommend me? Thanks!

Re: Mouthpieces depth
You are looking for a larger rim but similar (or smaller) depth than a Bach 5G.
Hammond 12 size is the same size rim as the Bach 5G. You probably would like an 11 ML instead (1 size larger).
Denis Wick 4BL is a larger rim but similar depth to a 5G. Of course the rim may suit you or not.
Warburton 8M (with T backbore) may also fill the bill.
If you want to try the Doug Elliott series you could try the LT 102 rim. A G cup is the same size as a Bach 5G, while you could try an F cup to sort of compensate for the larger rim.
I can't help you on Greg Black.

Yeah, I'd give Doug's new SYM series or his XT series a try. XT102 or XT103 w/ a G cup & G8 shank.

Yes, XT or SYM series.
Rims 102, 103, 104, 105 are all bigger than 5G except some 5G's are about 102.
G* cup, G8*

GB 5G is deeper than a Bach, GSD would be closer.
12ML is shallower, MXL is closer.

Greg Black NY series (formerly Alessi) would also have some mouthpieces with those specs - the 5, 5.25 - similar cups in the 3 and 1 series.
The Alessi series from Griego are very similar to the Blacks in size.
Pickett 4 series has some cups that fit those general specs.
I'm currently playing an Ultimate Brass 4.1 - it's very much like a 4 rim on a 5G cup. It's working for me.

Re: Mouthpieces depth
I went from a 5G to a Hammond 12 ML and found the rim size very comparable, a little flatter. The cup is maybe slightly shallower but i didn't give up anything on tone (it's actually a little clearer, but still full). Take a look at the Griego Alessi 7 series, the rim is slightly bigger and cup is similar with some options for deeper or shallower depending on the letter choice.
