Do it like this:

Insert flash tags
Code:

Then insert your youtube link between the flash tags and change "watch?v=" to "v/"

Like so:

And you should get this:

However, this particular video has been blocked from this sort of display on forums.  Otherwise the technique works for most Youtube videos.
