Al Cass 5 Bass Trombone Mouthpiece

Figured I would pick the brains of the mouthpiece historians. Anybody have any information on this mouthpiece, or Al Cass mouthpieces in general. Seems to be a bunch of stuff about his doubler mouthpiece.
