Had a lot of fun arranging and performing J.J.'s version of "Night in Tunisia" from his iconic trombone octet record for a centennial celebration gig in October. This track is quite dear to me and many other trombonists I'm sure, so it was really something special to bring it to life - with a rare three-trombone jazz quintet! Unfortunately the camera died out near the end but here is what I was able to catch. Hope you enjoy!

Good job reducing the scoring to three players. That album was one of the first in my collection. Great arrangements and great playing in the octet.
