TromboneChat

Does anyone know where to get a good arrangement of "Die with a smile" for trombone and piano? I found some notes on musescore but they just contain the melody. I´d like something like the this version of MIchael Munzert I wrote to him about the parts but he claims that the parts except the meloldy are improvised. Any ideas?
